Image Use Authorization

What you authorize

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Zé Guia to capture, store and use your image and voice as recorded in photos and videos taken during the tour.

For what purpose

Your image may be used to promote the work of Zé Guia, through:

• The official website;
• Social media profiles (such as Instagram);
• Messages and catalogs sent via WhatsApp;
• Tour promotional materials, online or printed.

Free of charge

This authorization is granted free of charge, with nothing owed to you or to Zé Guia for the use of the image.

Term and territory

The authorization is valid for an indefinite term and for use in Brazil and abroad, until you withdraw it.

Limits of use

Your image will not be used in an offensive, demeaning or discriminatory way, or in contexts unrelated to promoting the tours.

You can withdraw anytime

You can withdraw this authorization at any time — just let us know through the contact channels. From that point on, we will stop using your image in new posts. Content already published by third parties or already printed may not be fully removable.
